Sean's communication before, during and after the test was fantastic; he answered all my questions, clearly explained the process and assisted with anything I needed on the day. The report Sean produced post-testing is also extremely comprehensive, with all the data/findings in easy to understand tables/graphs with a written explanation for everything - which is very helpful for anyone who isn't familiar with the science. 'I would highly recommend the service I received from Sean. Sean was professional and flexible and was able to advise a space with a treadmill I could use for the test for my running. Sean was happy to answer my questions and the extensive test report really explained how to tailor my sessions as part of a full program and how I should be training to improve my performance. As an amateur athlete increasing my training volume, I found a lot of advice online and I was never sure which best applied to me. My heart rate is naturally high and I found I wasn’t sure what my heart rate was telling me, if to trust it and how to ensure when I was training in the correct zones.
