Service Description

Are you unsure if your athletes are in the correct zones throughout training camp? Did you know about the cumulative effect of training on lactate? We can work together to ensure the correct loading throughout a training camp, to bring about your optimal physiological step when you return. Joining you on your training camp means that I can support you across sessions, testing athletes each morning, and on specific sessions to build a big picture to guide individualised recovery and performance profiles for each athlete.
